TaskEasy is a web-based smart task delegation and tracking system designed for growing businesses, remote teams, and operations that require daily coordination. It works on all browsers and devices — no app installation required. Your data is securely stored on your own Google Drive, linked to your email ID.

Yes! We offer a 15-day free trial with full access to all core features and support for up to 10 users. No credit card required. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time during or after the trial.

TaskEasy is specifically designed with NO per-seat pricing. Here's the breakdown:

  • Free Trial: Up to 10 users, 15 days
  • Annual Plan (₹9,999/year): Up to 25 users. Extra users: ₹250/year each
  • Lifetime Plan (₹24,999): Up to 250 users. Extra users: ₹100 one-time each

All your business data is stored directly on your own Google Drive, linked to your organization's email ID. MIS Consultant Services does not store, access, or host your data on any third-party server. You have full control over your data at all times.

No installation needed. TaskEasy is completely web-based and works on any modern browser — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. It's also fully mobile-responsive, so it works on smartphones and tablets without needing to install an app.

Managers and admins can assign tasks to any team member directly from the TaskEasy dashboard. Each task can include a title, detailed description, attachments, target date, and priority level. The assigned user receives an automatic email notification the moment a task is assigned.

When a team member marks a task as complete, the delegator (manager) receives an automatic email notification. The manager can then either approve the completed task or send it back for rework with comments. This ensures full accountability without daily follow-up messages.

Yes. TaskEasy is fully mobile-responsive and works in any mobile browser — no app download required. You can assign tasks, check status, and view dashboards from your phone just as easily as from a desktop.

Yes, absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any time. Contact us and we'll adjust the pricing based on your remaining subscription period. We make plan transitions easy and transparent.

The Work Request Manager is a complete internal communication module where team members can send task requests to anyone in the organization — juniors, peers, or seniors — without going through a manager. Recipients can update the task status, and senders can track progress in real time. It eliminates the need for email threads or WhatsApp messages for internal work coordination.
