These terms govern your use of the MIS Consultant Services website and services. By engaging us, you agree to the following.
Our services
We provide business automation, custom software, MIS systems, AI chatbots and AI integration, plus our TaskEasy platform. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing are agreed in writing (or over WhatsApp/email) before work begins.
Quotes & payment
- Custom project pricing is confirmed in a written quote after a free consultation.
- TaskEasy plans and prices are listed on our pricing page and may be updated over time; the price agreed at purchase applies to your term.
- Payment terms are specified in your quote or plan.
Data ownership
You own your business data. For systems we build, data is stored on your own Google Drive. On project completion you retain full ownership of the delivered system and its data.
Support
Each project includes training and a reasonable post-delivery support period. Extended support is available via optional support plans.
Warranties & liability
We build systems with care and to agreed specifications. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues caused by changes you or third parties make to delivered systems. Google Workspace and third-party platforms are governed by their own terms.
Intellectual property
Website content is owned by MIS Consultant Services. Custom systems built for you are licensed/transferred to you as set out in your agreement.
